Library Client Satisfaction Survey 2012
The University of Queensland Library conducts a Client Satisfaction survey every two years. The survey is used to assess library users' opinions of the quality of the services and facilities offered by the UQ Library.
The previous client survey was conducted in 2010 and the resulting information was used to improve services and facilities.
Users of the UQ Library are invited to participate in the survey during the period from Monday 3 September to Friday 21 September, 2012.
The survey can be completed anonymously, or users can provide contact
details in order to enter the prize draw:
1st Prize: Apple iPad
2nd Prize: Co-op Bookshop voucher worth AU$250.00
3rd Prize: Co-op Bookshop voucher worth AU$150.00
