Welcome back to the Law Library for 2012.

For those returning students, you will see that some changes have taken place over the summer break.

Structured 'how to' for librarians

jesl.jpgMany librarians are looking to re-invent their rolesand their profession in the era of Google. Accordingly, the launch of the Journal of eScience Librarianship is timely.

Have a look at our updated and revised Subject Guides

The Subject Guides have undergone a revision this year. If you haven't looked at the Subject Guide for your area in a while have a look now. Many have further helpful information.

Creating those bibliographies for your assignments

Are you having problems working out how to display your bibliography or list of references? The Library has guides on its website that will give you examples of what to do.

Have a look at the information on the Referencing styles and software page and then choose the tab "Referencing styles". You will find the Library guides as well as scanned chapters from the official style guides. From home just use your UQ username and password to gain access to this information.
