Using the Gatton Library

Try 'Grammarly' for help with your writing

For a limited time, the University is trialling 'Grammarly', an automated grammar and plagiarism checker.

Once you register with the site, you can upload a document to be checked. You can also download a Microsoft Office add-in, which will then appear as a toolbar in Word.

With both methods, you need to be online to sign in and get the feedback report.

For more information and links, go to http://student.eait.uq.edu.au/software/grammarly/.

Journal Use and Reading Patterns Survey

The library is participating in an international online survey into journal use and reading patterns.

All staff and students are encouraged to take part.

It should only take five minutes to complete and it runs until May 11.
