Trove's people search aims to
provide biographical information about significant people and organisations,
and map their relationships to other parties-thus providing not only facts
about significant people, but also context.
Researchers in Australia will soon be able to apply for a
Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for their
data, as the Australian National Data Service
gears up to start issuing them. A pilot project on data citation will be
underway very soon, with a couple of institutions involved in testing the
service.
