On 10th June, the Future Tense programme on ABC Radio National looks at academic journals, the Elsevi

The British Universities Film & Video Council host and curate nine online databases of film, television and radio content dating from 1896 onwards. The Council have now provided a federated search to the more than 13 million records in these databases. It is also possible to search within one collection rather than across them all. Not all collections make material openly available.
