This is the most detailed database of linguistic literature. It lists journal articles and books.

Lists journal articles and books on all aspects of linguistics.

ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center database)
This database lists journal articles and reports on all aspects of education, including language teaching.

DELTAA (Database on English Language Teaching for Adults in Australasia)
This small database lists publications on the teaching and learning of English as a second language in Australasia.
