Communications Abstracts -The database covers communication-related articles, reports, papers, and books from a variety of publishers, research institutions, and information sources. Coverage has been expanded to include literature in film studies, the role of technology in human communications, risk communication, crisis communication and public opinions

Australia and New Zealand Reference Centre Combines Australia and New Zealand specific magazines, newspapers & newswires, reference books, and company information to create a collection of regional full text content.

Australian Public Affairs (APA) - provides access to the scanned images of journal articles from published material on the social sciences and humanities.

Humanities Index - index material in the journalism & communication from 1907 to the present.

TV News - indexes the majority of TV news stories, current affairs and documentary series broadcast on Australian television. Individual stories may be downloaded to the desktop in a compressed video format.

PressDisplay Newspaper Database - Accessf full text newspapers & magazines in original format, layout and pagination.(Sixty day archive)

Proquest Historical Newspapers - ProQuest Historical Newspapers offers full-text and full-image articles for significant newspapers dating back to the 18th Century. This collection includes: The Guardian (1821-2003) and The Observer (1791-2003) -- The New York Times (1851-2007) -- The Times of India (1838-2002) -- The Washington Post (1877-1994).

Times Digital Archive - 1785-2007 - The major newspaper from the United Kingdom.

Trove digitised newspapers 1803 to 1954 - The National Library of Australia, in collaboration the Australian State and Territory Libraries, has commenced a program to digitise out of copyright newspapers. NLA is creating a free online service that will enable full-text searching of newspaper articles. This will include the first newspaper published in each state from the 1800s to the mid-1950s when copyright applies. The first Australian newspaper ever published in 1803 in Sydney is also included. Users may search by title, state or period.
