Journal Articles
For recent information, journal articles are often the best sources. Looking through individual journals in the hope of finding relevant material is time-consuming. It is better to use the databases to find articles on your topic.

AustLit: Australian Literature Resource - Indexes and describes Australian literature and criticism since 1780
APAIS: Australian Public Affairs Information Service - (APA FT) Index and full-text database containing published journal articles from the social sciences and humanities
FAMILY: Australian Family and Society - Indexes and abstracts research and writing covering the legal, sociological, psychological, economic and demographic situation of Australian families
MAIS: Multicultural Australia and Immigration Studies - Indexes and abstracts a wide range of media from published and unpublished material
