Architecture
Getting Started
If you are not sure what your topic is about, try one or more of the following:
Image Collections
Digilib: comprises two collections of architectural images - Queensland Country Towns, a collection of Queensland historic buildings and Queensland Contemporary Architects a selection of images of the work of some of Queensland's best architects.
Masters of architecture: a collection of 58 slide sets published between the mid 80s and 2003.
Pidgeon digital: features the Pidgeon Audiovisual collection of illustrated talks by architects and related designers. This continuing archive, to which new talks are being added regularly, is a unique library of contemporary attitudes.
Journal Articles
For recent information, journal articles are often the best sources. Looking through individual journals in the hope of finding relevant material is time-consuming. It is better to use the databases to find articles on your topic.
