Hospital Staff based at Herston, Mater and PAH may
Submitting an online renewal or application for membership requires access to a current Queensland Health or Mater email account.
If you are unable to submit the online form, please visit your hospital library with your current staff ID.
UQ/Hospital Staff who are current Academic Title holders, including registrars, do not need to apply or renew online. Use your UQ username and password to access all the resources available to you through the UQ Library Catalogue. If you do not know your UQ username and password, please contact your hospital library.
Academic titles for hospital staff
Hospital staff who contribute to the Teaching and/or Research activities of the University of Queensland are welcome to apply for Academic Title through the Faculty of Health Sciences.
