Am I external / remote?

1. Undergraduates and Coursework Postgraduates:

Automatic:

fully enrolled as an external student; or
fully enrolled as a remote student

Your library record has already been updated to reflect your status

On Application:

enrolled in a mix of courses in either external or remote mode; or
enrolled in the flexible mode only or flexible plus remote or external; or
before undertaking a placement of more than 2 weeks requiring a move to another city/town contact your branch to have your record updated

If you are not covered by any of the above and believe that you have extenuating circumstances, please contact the loans coordinator.

2. Research Students

MPhil and PhD students - contact your school/institute to arrange for your status to be updated on my-SI-net
