How long does it take?
The time taken to supply an item depends on many variables including the accuracy and fullness of the details you supply, and the time spent in transit from the supplier to UQ. All requests are processed as quickly as possible and suppliers are chosen for their reliability and speedy supply. The following is a general delivery guide:

Accelerated delivery
The document delivery service is free except for accelerated delivery and postage to return book loans to UQ (if required).

Follow these steps:
- Add the payment method to the special instructions field of the request form
- Telephone the Document Delivery staff in your branch library to ensure that it is given priority
Payment methods:
- Phone - ring 3346 4313 for Mastercard and Visa payments during the Social Sciences and Humanities Library 's opening hours
- Mail:
- Bank cheque or money order from the post office
- Payable to the University of Queensland

- Accelerated services cannot be guaranteed for items requested from overseas
