OJS is a complete journal publishing system, and can be used for any material published in series, such as onlie journals, working papers or technical reports. It is an open source software model, so no fees are charged for its use. It can include a full peer review process, if required, and can also be configured as a subscription model. Material in any of the journals can easily be made 'open access'. Embargo periods can be accommodated.
