Merger Control in Australian Law Competition Law: Reference for China

Abstract

Australia provides a different style of merger review from U.S. and Europe, but it has proved to be effective and efficient. China is drafting its own antimonopoly law and trying to exert some control on M&A activities. The Australia model is worth studying for China.
