Abstract

Abstract: How to effectively protect linguistic diversity in the background of globalization is an important research topic in many countries. Australia is a country with many indigenous languages seriously endangered. Since the 1970s, the Australian government has begun to take measures to protect the endangered languages. One of the measures is to support the teaching of Indigenous languages in schools, which has obviously slowed the deterioration of those endangered languages but still not enough to save them.
