The Conference is being held in the QBI Building (Building 79) at the University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus, 16 and 17 April.

REGISTRATION

If travelling by taxi please ask the driver to drop you off outside the QBI Building  (Building 79 on Upland Road).  If you are travelling by bus, the bus will take you to Chancellors Place.  From there it is a short distance to the QBI Building.

 

The Registration Desk will be located in the QBI Building and will be staffed from 07:30 - 17:00.  Coffee / tea will be available on arrival.  All catering will be in the QBI Building.

 

CONFERENCE DINNER

For those who have registered for the Conference Dinner, this will be held on Thursday 16 April at the University of Queensland’s historic CBD venue, Customs House, 399 Queen Street, from 7.00 – 10.00pm. 

Name badges: Delegates are requested to wear their name badge at all times during the conference.

Travel by Taxi from Brisbane Airport to The University of Queensland:

Brisbane airport is approximately a forty-minute taxi drive to the city, depending on the time of day (approx fare $45.00).  Allow more time returning to the Airport on Friday afternoon.

 

City Cat - Ferry Information:

If you are staying in the city, a very pleasant way to travel from your accommodation to the University is by City Cat (Brisbane City Council's catamarans).  For details please click here

Car parking:  It is highly recommended that participants travelling by car use either of the multi-storey carpark located on Sir Fred Schonnel Drive (See http://www.uq.edu.au/maps/ click on St Lucia) as this provides covered and secure parking, and requires only a short walk to Building #79.
