Opening Hours8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Friday. Closed public holidays.
Borrowing RightsAs per Primary Access Policy and Public Access Policy. Registration is required to borrow and requires proof of university enrolment. Priority is given to QH staff requiring material for patient care. Where services provided to non-QH staff incur additional costs for the library, these costs must be met by the client.

Collections AccessAs per Primary Access Policy and Public Access Policy. Walk-in access is available to QH staff, students and the general public. Computer access is restricted to QH staff or affiliated persons, including medical students. Priority is given to QH staff requiring information for clinical cases. Non-QH staff, including students, may incur charges for document delivery or other specialist services.
NotesThis library service operates 2 physical libraries: Dr Aeneas McDonnell Library at the Toowoomba Hospital and the Mental Health Services Library at the Baillie Henderson Hospital. The UQ Rural Clinical School also has a UQ Library branch on the Toowoomba Hospital campus. UQ students should access those library facilities in the first instance.
