Subject searching

When you don't know the Act that you are after but need to find legislation on a subject, the best way to do this is to use secondary resources. Textbooks for your course are a very good way for finding legislation on a topic as are journal articles and legal encyclopaedias.

For Queensland legislation remember that there is the search within OQPC where you can use keywords. And the same applies to Commonwelath legislation on ComLaw.
