Summon lets you search across all the Library's print and electronic resources for journal articles, books, sound or video items in just one search.
Summon is the default search option of the Library home page and your My Library page.

Task: Try it yourself!
- Use Summon to find books on the topic of "global warming":
- How many print books are held at the Social Sciences and Humanities Library?
- How many ebooks are available on this topic?
- Use Summon to find journal articles on your assignment topic. Try searching using keywords from your topic (i.e. women french revolution). Provide the following details for one article you have found:
- Author(s) of article
- Title of article
- Journal title,
- Volume, Issue
- Year,
- Pages
