Who May Apply?

Staff and eligible students from a university that is a member of the University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand agreement may apply.

Eligible students are:

• External undergraduate from a university outside the Brisbane Metropolitan area
• Internal undergraduate from an interstate university
• Higher degree student: MPhil or PhD only (please note this does not include other postgraduate, honours or graduate entry students)

There is a $50 (GST inclusive) registration charge (payable each year) for students. Eligible students from Griffith University or Queensland University of Technology whose fee is subsidised may present a letter from their home institution that will exempt them from the $50 payment.

You will need to provide photo ID and proof of eligibility, for example confirmation of enrolment or current pay slip
