Reciprocal Borrowing
Who May Apply?
Current, paid staff and eligible students from a university that is a member of the University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand agreement may apply.
Eligible students are:
- External undergraduate, postgraduate, honors or graduate entry student from a university outside the Brisbane Metropolitan area
- Internal undergraduate, postgraduate, honors or graduate entry student from an interstate university
- Higher degree student from any university: MPhil or PhD only (please note this does not include other postgraduate, honours or graduate entry students)
There is a $50 (GST inclusive) registration charge (payable each year) for students. Eligible students from Griffith University or Queensland University of Technology whose fee is subsidised may present a letter from their home institution that will exempt them from the $50 payment.
How to apply
Complete the application form
You will need to provide photo ID and proof of eligibility, for example confirmation of enrolment or current pay slip. Students from overseas will also need to supply a letter of introduction and indemnity from their home institution.
