ARTS finding journal articles - databases
Summon is one way of locating journal articles for your assignments, but you are also able to search subject specific databases.
The 'Databases' tab on the Library homepage lists subject specific databases - use the 'Browse by Subject' option to find databases for your subject area.
From the dropdown menu, you can select specific subjects such as History or Communication Studies. This will take you to a page of databases relevant for this particular subject area. If you are searching for a specific database such as JSTOR or APA-FT, you can simply enter the name of the database into the search box underneath the drop-down menu.
Subject guides also recommend relevant databases for your subject area. Look under the Journal Articles tab to find them.
