Black and white photographs of Papua New Guinea, mainly depicting Bulolo Gold Fields. Handwritten identifying notes on the back of each photograph; some of these notes are by John Murphy.

Biographical note

W L Doe was a dredge master with the Bulolo Gold Dredging Company in Papua New Guinea, during the 1930s and 1940s.
