Registration

Registration includes conference pack, a Reception on Monday evening, and lunch, morning and afternoon teas on Tuesday and Wednesday.

To assist postgraduate students to attend the conference, the Bibliographical Society of Australia and New Zealand will provide two bursaries of A$300 to students offering a paper at the conference. To apply for Travel Assistance, please complete this FORM and return it with your abstract and bio, either by email or to the address below. You must be an enrolled postgraduate student at a recognized university to be eligble to apply.

GST is not included as the Society, having annual receipts less than $50,000 is not required to collect GST

A mellow moment in the conference will be the Conference Dinner at the University of Queensland Staff and Graduates Club on Tuesday 21 July. The after-dinner speaker will be Mr Richard Overell, Rare Books Librarian at Monash University. Dinner tickets cost $62 including three-course meal, drinks and tea or coffee.

Cancellation Policy: If you have paid your registration and subsequently need to cancel you may receive a refund (less 10% administration fee) if you notify us by 30 June 2009. After 1 July 2009 no refunds can be made.
