Over the last few weeks or a month I've requested a few articles via doc. delivery and I haven't received any notification that they've received the request? This is unusual because last year I was receiving most of the articles within a week.

I am in the school of Biological Sciences and I'm guessing it's due to the library changes that happened over this summer.
