I had a pain looking for a book this morning

I could not know where the SSAH Quarto is. Could you have a link to define its address specifically on search result page, instead of a general information of SSAH library. This morning, I did not where the SSAH is, spending too much time to look for it on level 3. I asked a librarian for help, but he is really helpless.
The way he acted and behave to me so unfriendly, that I have never seen any librarian like that before.
I kindly asked him, a guy with late 30s yo I think, while he is sorting books in the return area: " Excuse me! Could you help me?
He answerred unfriendly: ' What do you need help for?
I could not find this book on the shelf, so I could you ......
He interrupted me by saying : If you can't find the book there, I should look here" He meant on the shelves in the returning area

Anyway, it was a bad morning, but it was over :)

Thank you for your comments. We have provided signage throughout the library in SS&H indicating where the various collections are located. Yes it would be nice of the catalogue indicated where the item was physically - but in this case, knowing it was on the 4th Floor may not have helped you if you failed to realise that we have the Quarto's in a separate collection.

I am concerned that you failed to receive the help from our staff members when you asked . Thank you for raising this this issue. Our staff are expected to help library users if they are having trouble - in this instance I am sorry that our service did not meet either yof our expectations.
