Sorry to hear that you have had difficulties using electronic books on the ebrary platform. We have been unable to recreate the issues with page turns and printing. Both functions are operational for the title "Gender and Global restructuring".
As ebrary is an aggregator of ebook information and not a publisher in its own right, those publishers who lease/sell data to ebrary impose the levels of Digital Rights Management (DRM) in place on each work. These controls include the amount of content that may be printed per browser session.
