Each year I request a BB training session for those UQ academics, clinical teachers and PhD students who enrol in the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and are not familiar with using BB (especially as students). I expect that other UQ academic staff also request BB training for course groups. A suggestion is that contact information for requesting BB training is provided on the BB or library websites. Ask I.T. provides training to UQ students in study management applications like Blackboard.
These courses are generally only run in O week periods but courses can also be organised for groups on demand.
