New printing system
The new printing system is too complicated and annoying. And not being able to use Unicards is also annoying. I don't know why they had to complicate something that was easy to use before and replace it with a painstaking, unhelpful, limited system. Not happy at all.

Hi - sorry you're unhappy with the new printing system. The system had to change as the devices in use were end-of-life and had to be replaced. We also had to be able to support the new UQ ID card technology being introduced. The new system does have some limitations which we are still working on. However it has significant advantages as well. You don't explain what you mean by not being able to use Unicards - you can in fact use them on the new system - but if you are a UQ student/staff member, you're better off using your UQ ID card.
