Hi,

There is often a large crackling sort of noise in the Graduate Study Room on level 4. It seems to be coming from the aircon, but I can't be sure about that. It sounds sort of crackly or like there's water dripping in the roof. The noise comes and goes, but it's annoying when it starts up.

Thank you for your feedback. There have been similar reports of scratching sounds in that area over the past week. We are looking for the source of the noise.
