New printing setup on the bottom floor of Duhig ("the hive")
The printing process is much slower and more complicated than the old one. The printer takes about five minutes to process one page of text before it prints, multiple pages take even longer. Please revert back to the old system, the waiting time is ridiculous.

Sorry... there's no going back.
The new printers are in fact faster than the old devices. But sometimes a document can take a while to print - especially badly made PDF files that become much larger when spooled to a printer.
They would have been a problem on the old printers as well.
If you are finding this to be a recurring problem, please contact me and we can arrange to examine some of the files you are printing to see if there is an issue we can remedy.
