Poor PDF Quality - Journal of general management articles
The quality of Journal of General Management articles downloaded via Business Source Complete at Ebsco is extremely unacceptable!! Please check out the articles of the latest issue, e.g. Winter2012, Vol. 38 Issue 2, p79-99. The diagram on p.93 is completely unreadable.

Hello,
The PDF you referred to is not of a high standard, especially for a recent publication. However, this Journal is made available via an aggregator (Ebsco). This means that Ebsco only host the data that publishers send to them. Neither the aggregator nor the Library has control over the PDF quality that is provided.
