Computer screen brightness

Most of the computer can be switched between apple Os and Microsoft, However there is no way to adjust the screen brightness in Microsoft OS.
The screen is actually too bright for me if I have to use Microsoft Windows. Hope the library and the IT department find a way to fix that.

Screen brightness is adjustable in Microsoft Windows on Library computers.
To adjust the settings:
1. Log into Windows
2. Hold the 'fn' key (next to the 'home' key) as well as either 'F1' to dim the screen or 'F2' to make the screen brighter.
