Internet Quota did not refresh

I want to know my balance quota, I have already download so many things outside the sponsored website like youtube or something, but the quota bar didnot move, im pretty sure there is something wrong.

To find the current balance of your download quota, click on the blue exclamation mark icon on the UQ Login page at http://www.login.uq.edu.au - you will have to login first. There are several reasons your quota may be apparently unaffected by your traffic. Your quota will be reset monthly on the date you first accessed it, so it may have been reset between the times you checked it. Sometimes the UQ traffic management system is put into a bypass mode to ensure users can still access the Net during technical issues of various kinds. It is possible you have experienced this if downloading is not affecting your quota. Another possibility is that you have been downloading content that is coming from a cache location that does not count against your quota. You would have to contact the ITS Service Desk (see http://uqconnect.net/contacts) with your UQ username to find out more about this issue.
