I am currently sitting in the SSH library, and it's freezing!

I understand that I am not the only person on this campus, I also understand that it is still quite hot outside, but every year (I've never complained about it) at this period, the air con is way too cold for the overall temperature!

Isn't there a way for you to be able to turn it down a little bit? So that we don't have to wear a ski outfit to the library whenever we want to study in a quiet place?
