where is the security guard in BSL? who preserve the order ?
Today I went to 4th foor of BSL in the morning for quiet srudy. However my seat was occupied bya student as I just left for lunch within 20minites. He just moved my assessments,and books on the desk. My USB drive was still there on the computer. If the security guard is still here I can ask him for help. But now I have no idea, I can only take my personal belongings and go away. Ithink this is another kind of bullying and I want the security back!!a

Thank you for your feedback about studying in the Biological Sciences Library. Facilities in the library are always in great demand. A computer will automatically log out when it is idle for fifteen minutes. When it logs out, the workstation is available for another student to use. This ensures that access to Library facilities is fairly distributed. You cannot reserve a work space by leaving your belongings in the spot and leaving for an extended period of time. This would be unfair for other students who are waiting for a machine to become available.
UQ Security is always accessible to students in the Biological Sciences Library. The courtesy phone on each level lists the direct telephone number for the Security Section. In the evenings, after 8pm there is a Security Officer in the Library.
