Recommendation for purchasing books.

I want to recommend few purchases which are listed as follows;

1. Title: Microwave engineering / David M. Pozar.TK7876. Call number: P69 2005

2. Title: Microwave transistor amplifiers : analysis and design / Guillermo Gonzalez. Call number: TK7871.2 .G59 1997

These two books are highly referenced by the lecturer, Dr Bassem Henin, in his lectures. There are 12 students enrolled in the class. There are only 5 copies of 1st book in the library and all are issued already. Moreover, there is only 1 copy of 2nd book in the library. The assessment of the course ''Advanced Microwave Circuit Design'' is only based on assignments and there is no examination for the course in the end. Therefore, these books are very importance to be purchased soon.

I would be grateful if these books are available in the library as soon as possible.

Thanks for asking about the two books. I will forward your request to the Library's Course Materials section.

Textbooks are purchased based on the number of students in the course. The Library purchases online copies when they are available. The book 'Microwave Transistor Amplifiers: Analysis and Design' is out of print. The Library may need to put the book into High Use. Please ask for additional information next time you are in the Library.
