Hi. I'm sorry you've had a problem with using our computers. We have not had any other reports and you do not give us any specific information we can use to troubleshoot your issue - such as which machine you were on, when exactly the issue occurred, which websites were slow, whether the slowness affected other machines in the vicinity. If possible, next time you have a problem, approach Library staff while the problem is occurring, or provide more detailed information about the issue and we will have a better chance of helping you. The error message reported in the comment does not explain an internet speed issue, but thanks for trying to provide some detail. Again, apologies for your bad experience.
