network speed

the network is too slow..
I cannot even open new websites.

Hi - sorry you're having problems. However, it's not possible to help you unless you give us some more information. If you are using a wireless connection, I suggest you take your wireless device to your nearest AskIT desk and ask for help. If you are using a wired Library computer, contact AskIT with the name and location of the computer and the URL of the websites you are trying to open, so they be able to troubleshoot your problem further.
