Apple Mouse
The apple mouse attached to the macs in the libraries tend to be hard to use due to slow response after clicking and is difficult to manoeuvre. The Dell mouse, in comparison, tends to be more responsive.

If you can tell us on which specific Library computers you experienced trouble using the mouse, we will check whether there is anything wrong with them. When an Apple mouse malfunctions, we normally try to replace it with a non-Apple mouse. Please send an email to help@askit.uq.edu.au with details of the problem machines.
If this is just a general observation - yes, I also prefer to use a non-Apple mouse.
