purchase of a new database
Hi, could you please tell me the email of the staff who's in charge of purchasing of a new database.
Or could you please forward my mail to the responsible member? The database I want to recommend is 'cnki' , which is China's largest and most influencial academic database. From time to time, I need the Chinese literatures, but just find that we UQ don't have the access to this database. Here in UQ we have many Chinese scholars, I think it would be applausible if we have access to this.

Will do.
Dear Patron,
Thank you for your recommendation. We have access to this database, CNKI China Academic Journals, for a trial period that concludes on the 31st December. The link for the catalogue record is:

Sorry that I've just seen the feedback. Wondering why I didn't receive you reply by emial.
I know that UQ has access to the database 'cnki', but the maximum user is just 3, which means it's so crowdy and is almost impossible to get the access to the database. At least for me, every time I want to download something from there, I would be informed that the maximum user is 3 and I have to wait. Factually, nothing has been downloaded successfully for me.
Another big problem is that we didn't purchase enough resource contained in that database, as besides literatures, there are statistics and yearbooks which I found we UQ didn't buy at all.
Could you please look at this?
Many thanks.
