library at PACE is extreamly noisy

Dear sir/Madam,

I found the library at PACE (level 6) is extreamly noisy especially around 12pm-2.30pm. The study places including the group study rooms are severely disturbed by the noise. I will highly appreciate it if you can pay some attention to this issue.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We are sorry to hear that you have been inconvenienced by the unacceptable noise levels at the PACE Library during lunch hours. Our staff have been monitoring the noise levels and advising patrons when necessary to keep their voice down especially around lunch breaks. It is possible that sometimes our patrons do not realise that the excessive noise levels they generate during their discussions. If you have concerns, please do not hesitate to approach our staff so that we can address the issue promptly.
