My name is Christopher, I am currently writing my honours thesis on national security policies relating to the defence of constitutional democracy, with the School of Political Science and International Studies. There is a key text that would be quite useful, but from what I can see the only copy available in any library is in the Parliament of Australia, Parliamentary Library, and is not available for public access.
