Using the 1st floor of Michie Building as a 24/7 Study Area

Hi there,

The 1st floor of the refurbished Michie Building is a very conducive place for self study. However, the area closes after 10pm every evening and it is also closed on weekends and public holiday.

It would be good if the area could be managed as a 24/7 study area for the benefit of all staff and students.

Thank you for your feedback about study facilities at UQ. The Library does not manage the newly refurbished Michie Building. However, you are welcome to use the 24/7 study spaces in the Library which are located on level 2 of the Law Library, Biological Sciences Library and level 1 of the Dorothy Hill Engineering and Sciences Library. 24/7 study spaces are also available at other UQ campuses. Please refer to the Library opening hours web page at http://www.library.uq.edu.au/hours/.

Please refer your comments about the Michie Building opening hours to the Faculty that you are enrolled in.
