Hi,
Thank you for reporting the problem to us.
We have done some testing on a few computers but we were not able to replicate the problem that you have mentioned.
We believe it was due to temporary downtime on cloudstor server.
It would be extremely helpful to us if we have more details such as:
1) Which computer where you using (assuming you were working on a UQ Library computer)
2) Which operating system were you using (Windows or Mac)
