Why I cannot download papers?

Since a couple of days ago, I could not download papers from PsycINFO search. Either clicking the doi link or full-text PDF, the screen will show "Cannot display this document at this time

This document cannot be displayed at this time. Please try your request again later."

Could you please let me know whether it is my computer problem or the database has problem?

For example, Mischel, W. & Shoda, Y. (1995). A cognitive-affective system theory of personality: Reconceptualizing situations, dispositions, dynamics, and invariance in personality structure. Psychological Review, 102, 246-268.

I am sorry that you are having difficulties with PsycINFO. There is a problem accessing articles from PsycINFO from off campus. We are investigating this. We suggest trying to access the resource from the library until the issue is resolved.
