I know what you mean, my friend. I copped a barely disguised sarcastic comment after I politely asked about the lack of staplers - there were none in their usual spot. And all this after I greeted her properly and said 'please'! Why do I bother? Perhaps she thinks all foreign students have a poor grasp of the English language and therefore would not pick up on the sarcasm?? The others are very helpful though, especially the middle-aged, bearded gentleman. Over to you High Use Staff
