Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you find the new return technology. It was introduced to address an issue raised by our users - namely the ability to have a receipt issued at the point of return. This requires that the the book returner [you] - allow each and every item to be individually returned. Yes we have had some issues with this technology - some as a result of impatience of the user and some technological issues. Hopefully with better signage and fine tuning of the technology you ongoing experiences will get better.
