I'm after the following books. These are available in hard copy but there's only one of each, and they're currently borrowed out.
Handbook of meat processing / Fidel Toldrá
Potash : deposits, processing, properties, and uses / Donald E. Garrett.
I personally feel that for as many resources as possible, an e-book should be made available as a hard copy severely limits the usage of the resource. I understand that there are issues involved in making this a reality but it will be beneficial to students.
There's nothing more frustrating than coming across a book with just the information you need (because you saw some internet preview of it), find out its in the library but there is only one hard copy.
