Fantastic subscription but many links within the database are dead, and the search function results are not able to be accessed (error screen produced). This happens regardless of web browser used, and it does not seem to be a temporary problem.

This is a very useful, and no doubt expensive, resource for students. Such a shame that it is so buggy.

The new printing system is too complicated and annoying. And not being able to use Unicards is also annoying. I don't know why they had to complicate something that was easy to use before and replace it with a painstaking, unhelpful, limited system. Not happy at all.

I'm after the following books. These are available in hard copy but there's only one of each, and they're currently borrowed out.

Handbook of meat processing / Fidel Toldrá

Potash : deposits, processing, properties, and uses / Donald E. Garrett.

I personally feel that for as many resources as possible, an e-book should be made available as a hard copy severely limits the usage of the resource. I understand that there are issues involved in making this a reality but it will be beneficial to students.

There's nothing more frustrating than coming across a book with just the information you need (because you saw some internet preview of it), find out its in the library but there is only one hard copy.

Hi there

It has come to my notice that some lights on BSL Level 4 are faulty leading to some areas being darker than others. Could UQ library kindly fix the problem?
