These two books would be useful for my research this year, and would be a good addition to the library collection in general as there appears to be limited resources on this topic.

Disorders of Affect Regulation: Alexithymia in Medical and Psychiatric Illness
By Graeme J. Taylor, R. Michael Bagby, James D. A. Parker (1999)

Emotionally Dumb: An Overview of Alexithymia
By Jack Thompson (2009)

Many Thanks,

Jessica

I've noticed that you only have VHS versions of the 7-part Triple P Positive Parenting Program series. As these are now available on DVD, I think these would be valuable additions to the library.

Thisbook would be very helpful to my research,
please consider the purchase:

After several years in making, the special issue on "Expo '70 and
Japanese Art" of Review of Japanese Culture and Society (Josai
University) has finally been published.
I guest-edited this volume and solicited many important contributions
from artists and colleagues in the field. The volume includes some
color reproductions and many illustrations.

The purpose of this special volume, “Expo ’70 and Japanese Art:
Dissonant Voices,” is to present Expo ’70 as a cacophony of dissonant
voices rather than a harmonious chorus orchestrated by one ideology.
By featuring wide-ranging attitudes and strategies of artists who
participated in Expo ’70 as well as those who opposed it, the volume
seeks to reclaim the richness of Expo ’70, which has been overlooked.
This volume not only features current research on Expo ’70 by
international scholars, but also English translations of contemporary
writings and visual statements by Japanese artists and writers.

If you're interested, you can order a copy directly from Josai
University for ¥2,000 (inside Japan) by postal transfer to (Tokyo
6-62423) or for U.S. $20.00 (plus handling and postage $5; all other
countries). For details of ordering information, please visit

I like to recommend the resource:

The Pelvic Girdle: An integration of clinical expertise and research, 4e
by Linda-Joy Lee, Diane G. Lee

Both authors are experts in the field of research of the pelvic girdle. This resource would be particularly beneficial for physiotherapy staff and students.

Hi,

PAH library has been a very helpful and resourceful library for student use however the current opening hours of PAH library has been reduced to Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. Students are usually already present at the PAH at a much earlier time and would love to have access to the library earlier. Is there any possibility of the PAH library opening at an earlier time?

Thank you,
Judy
