Could we please have more copies of "Neuroscience for the study of communicative disorders" by Bhatnagar? Currently, there are only 4 longer-length copies (of the latest edition) available, and 3 out of 4 of these have been recalled (i.e. none available for loan within 2 weeks). Thank you.

I am requesting that you make modifications to the hold/recall scheme. It is not fair to borrowers to have their loan period cut short by a reservation being made on their borrowed item. Perhaps keeping the same initial loan period but not allowing any renewals would be a better option. That method is used by the Brisbane City Council libraries.

Firstly, I want to heartily thank you for your wonderful library and generally absolutely excellent service. That said, I know that I must seem like a broken record (having given the same feedback repeatedly), I know that quietness in libraries is apparently old-fashioned, and I know that I must seem like an old grump, but the continuing, repeated disregard for quiet study areas shown by some (I emphasise that it Countless times, having deliberately climbed to the farthest reaches of the library specifically in order to study in silence, I have encountered shelf-stacking staff having loud, untempered, ongoing social conversations and generally disregarding, or at best showing lack of awareness, of being in an area zoned for quietness. When staff continually and repeatedly make such noise in quiet areas, what hope is there that Some genuinely quiet areas are essential at a university library. Worse is the sometimes rude and humiliating responses when patrons (including myself, but I've spoken to others who've had similar experiences) politely ask some staff to be quieter. Please, please, make being quiet in quiet areas, and respect for patrons who wish to work in quietness, a clear part of the training and conduct of floor staff. Thank you

Hi, I am a research student and I have recently had the experience of accessing ebooks. This was difficult and after many attempts I have still only read several pages. For example, more than once when I tried to go back a page, the book became unavailable, despite me having a short time access of about 30 minutes. Also I try to read away from the computer for the sake of my back. Now I disregard any ebook as I find
